2. About FatCat Stickers

FatCat Stickers is a home-based business operating in Pakistan, selling pre-printed, ready-made stickers and related products. We ship nationwide across Pakistan.

3. Products & Availability

  • Product accuracy: We make every effort to display colours and designs accurately. Minor variations due to screen settings are not considered defects.
  • Stock availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product goes out of stock after purchase.
  • Pricing: Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may be updated without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is final.

4. Placing an Order

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

  • The information you provided (name, address, contact number) is accurate and complete
  • You are authorised to use the payment method selected
  • You have reviewed your order before submitting it

FatCat Stickers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

5. Payment

  • Accepted methods: EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • COD policy: COD orders must be paid in full upon delivery. Refusing a dispatched COD order may result in being blocked from future purchases.
  • Currency: All transactions are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
  • Payment confirmation: Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed (for prepaid methods)

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Coverage: We ship nationwide across Pakistan via third-party courier services
  • Delivery times: Estimated 5–10 business days depending on location. Delays due to courier or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
  • Wrong address: FatCat Stickers is not liable for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer

7. Refunds & Returns

Our refund and return process is governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to that policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this website are the property of FatCat Stickers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without written permission. Products purchased are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed.

9. Limitation of Liability

FatCat Stickers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

10. Privacy

We collect your name, address, contact number, and payment details solely to process and deliver your order. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except courier services required to fulfil your delivery.

11. Changes to Terms

FatCat Stickers reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website or placing of orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
