Our Commitment

At FatCat Stickers, your satisfaction matters. Since all our products are pre-printed, ready-made stickers, we are able to accept returns and process refunds in genuine cases — as long as the conditions below are met.

When You Qualify for a Refund

You are eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received: you received a different design or product than what you ordered
  • Damaged on arrival: product arrived with visible damage, tears, or printing defects
  • Missing items: part of your order was not included in the parcel
  • Significant quality issue: colour/print quality is noticeably different from product photos or stickiness is not up to mark. 

Note: A clear photo or video of the issue must be shared within 48 hours of delivery for the claim to be valid.

When Refunds Do Not Apply

We are unable to process refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind: you no longer want the product after it has been shipped
  • Incorrect address: order undelivered due to wrong address provided by the customer
  • Delayed reporting: issue reported more than 48 hours after delivery
  • Misuse or damage: product damaged after it was received and used
  • COD refused: refusing to pay or accept a dispatched Cash on Delivery order

How to Raise a Complaint

  1. Contact us on Instagram or website or email us at fatcatstickers@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo or video showing the issue
  3. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days
  4. If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund — at our discretion

Refund Methods

  • EasyPaisa / JazzCash: refunded to the same number used for payment within 2–3 business days
  • Bank Transfer: refunded to the account used within 3–5 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: refunded via EasyPaisa or bank transfer after verification within 3–5 business days

Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method or account holder. We do not transfer to third-party accounts.

Return Shipping

  • If the error is on our end (wrong or damaged item), FatCat Stickers will cover the return courier cost
  • If the return is for any other reason, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging
